I recently ordered from Ready Lawn Auckland Ltd, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Craig was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options for my yard and answering all my questions about turf types and installation tips. The price was excellent value for the quality of the lawn, definitely worth every penny. I placed my order on a Friday, and it was delivered promptly the following Tuesday, which made getting my project started a breeze. The turf arrived in great condition and has settled in beautifully. Absolute pleasure dealing with Mike and his team at ReadyLawn. The process from initial contact to installation was super seamless (Mike was very patient with my million questions). The boys that came through to do the job completed it to a really high standard and we are stoked with the outcome.

I was quite surprised to find that there are only three places that sell sod in Auckland and none of them are open over the weekend. I found this place was relatively close to my work. I called in to inquire about sod and spoke with Craig. He was an absolute delight to work with. He answered all of my questions which there were numerous, in a kind, professional manner that made it quite clear he was an expert. After I asked all of my questions, he asked my permission to ask me some questions. This was done in a respectful way, and he worked with me to gather more information to help ensure he was able to recommend the type of sod that was best for me. Which then was presented without pressure. About two weeks later I called and once again spoke with Craig and placed my order. He gave me very clear instructions on what needed to happen and how to prep the area for the sod as well as stressing the importance that it needed to be installed within 24 hours. Craig made it very clear that I was to arrive to pick up the sod by 3:30. I am a very punctual person, I built an extra 12 minutes in to the time it would take me to get there which should have been 20. Due to a series of unfortunate events and a joint miscalculations by myself and my GPS it became clear that I was going to arrive at 3:30. I think this was due to a combination of the seven schools zones on my route, the fact that many people left work early to jump start the holiday weekend, and some kind of emergency that put 9 police cars in my route within the first 10 minutes. I called to say I should still get there by 3:30, and I was stressed. Craig told me it was okay not to stress and to drive safely. I got there at 3:38. Craig and another gentleman loaded the sod in to my car and once again answered all of my questions. They would have been well within their rights to close and leave me without sod or any recourse of retrieving my payment. They chose to stay and in doing so, they delayed their start to the holiday weekend. They were a very bright spot during a very bad day. I hope that Readylawn realizes the value of their employees.
